To me the idea of learning should generate excitement and not make you want to head for the nearest exit.

Gold of the Desert Kings generated this excitement for us without losing any impact of its core learning.

Even though we had great fun actively participating, it became evidently clear that there is much room for improvement with regards to planning, leading, organising, control and working in a team.

I have yet to find a product that effectively addresses these salient issues as well as Gold of the Desert Kings.

We need to do more of this.

I just wanted to pass along my heartfelt thanks to you and your entire team for the terrific experience that the Stix organization enjoyed yesterday! As you know, I was really challenged on my decision to conduct Gold of the Desert Kings and am pleased to tell you that all of those skeptics were transformed into raving fans thanks to your team. Richard Snead, the CEO was literally thrilled with the outcome.

Thanks to you for bringing GDK to ourorganization and for your patience in getting us on board as a client!

“The Gold of the Desert Kings learning experience is by far the best tool I have seen that teaches common sense, practical and applicable principles for goal setting and achievement. Using a fun setting to get the point across is ingenious. People remember fun experiences much longer than sitting through a lecture.

I’m sure we will see changes and improvements in the way our staff sets goals and approaches challenges in the future.

I’m not often impressed these days but you guys really wowed me!”

"Gold of the Desert Kings was an innovative, highly interactive simulation with a highly "business relevant" application delivered by a dynamic presenter. The experience was a tremendous morale boost to our staff, due to its light hearted style.

The learnings gained by our group of managers related directly to challenges we face in the areas of teamwork, planning, and goal setting.”

In terms of the workshop in Team-building that you conducted at Montague Springs, the response has been very positive. That is from all stake-holders i.e. Governing Body, Teachers and learners. Some of the positive aspects being:

  • Relevance it had to an instruction and individuals, in that not only did it address the need for introspection of the institution as a whole, but also from individuals.
  • Teachers personally came back and stated the impact it had on them individually.
  • There was also a sense of urgency that we should redress and improve on all the aspects of the institution running, especially policy formulation.
  • We are therefore embanking an Action Plan to get into place policies that we need to formulate, and this with Time Frames.

Otherwise it was a job well done!!

Thanks, hoping that we will continue this relationship in improving our school.
