| In a demanding and
ever-changing environment, the “critical skills” of problem solving,
creative thinking, team work, communication, planning, conflict
management, risk management, etc are just as important as knowledge and
task based skills to maximise
productivity and be successful.
Holistic
Advancement uses
a number of globally-unique, high impact, tools that are non-threatening,
fun and engaging to provide the environment in which participants can
identify and test these skills. Because
of its flexibility it can be used as stand alone
learning/motivational interventions, a platform for any current
and/or future learning and development initiatives, as a pre- or post
assessment tool, an opening or closing at your next
conference/meeting, can accommodate any specialist collaboration and its
outcomes can be measured. These
tools will add value to participants from all walks of life by helping
them identify and practice the behavioural changes required to achieve
better outcomes in a fun, safe, action filled environment. It is designed
to help address client specific issues which could include high
performance teams, decision making, strategic planning, conflict handling, project management, risk
management, diversity, responsibility/ownership, etc in order to maximise
productivity and improve service delivery.
It
will also complement and support all current and future initiatives
including, Performance Management, EAPs, Leadership Development, Project
Management, WSP, Wellness, CSI spend, etc Besides
our clients in the corporate and government sectors, we have
successfully applied our interventions to learners, educators and
management in the education sector (both
high schools and FET colleges), unemployed graduates and existing and
emerging entrepreneurs. It
is also currently being used by the Cape Peninsular University of
Technology (CPUT) and the Graduate School of Business (GSB) –
